๐ Dump Trailer Rental Policy Thank you for choosing our dump trailer rental service! Please read the following rental policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience. ๐ Rental Requirements Valid Class 5 Driverโs License required at time of pickup โ no special license needed. $100 damage deposit required at time of rental (credit card or cash accepted). Proof of Insurance may be required depending on trailer use. ๐ Pickup & Return Pickup and drop-off must be scheduled in advance. Trailer must be returned in clean condition with no debris left inside. Renter is responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning fees. Late returns may result in additional fees. โ ๏ธ Usage Guidelines Trailer is rated for up to 6,000 lbs โ do not exceed load limit. Load must be evenly distributed and properly secured. Trailer is intended for residential, commercial, and construction debris only. No hazardous waste, liquids, or prohibited materials allowed. Towing vehicle must have a brake controller and be properly rated to tow the trailer. Do NOT dump trailer on uneven or sloped ground โ risk of tipping or damage. ๐ง Damage & Liability Renter is fully responsible for any damage during the rental period. All equipment must be returned in the condition it was rented. The $100 damage deposit may be partially or fully withheld if damage or cleaning is required. Damage or theft may result in charges beyond the deposit amount. โ Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled rental time to avoid charges.
