Cancellation Policy
EQUIPMENT RENTAL AGREEMENT – TERMS & CONDITIONS The rental period, equipment, rates, and return time are those selected by the Renter through the Rental Company’s website or booking platform. Payment is due in full prior to or at pickup. Failure to return the equipment by the agreed return time will result in a $75 late fee, plus any additional rental charges. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental start time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental start time, or failure to pick up the equipment, will result in forfeiture of any deposit or rental fees paid, unless otherwise approved by the Rental Company. Condition & Video Requirement: The Renter acknowledges the equipment is received in good working condition unless otherwise reported at pickup. The Renter must send a clear video showing the condition of the trailer and/or equipment at pickup and upon return to 204-952-2555. Failure to send the pickup video will result in a $25 charge. Failure to send the return video may result in the loss of flexible 24/7 pickup and drop-off privileges, requiring future rentals to occur during scheduled business hours. The equipment must be returned in the same condition, normal wear and tear excepted. Damage, Loss & Insurance: The Renter is responsible for all damage, loss, or theft of the equipment during the rental period, regardless of cause or fault, up to the Manitoba Public Insurance (MPI) deductible of $750, being the lowest deductible offered for trailer rentals. Damage costs up to $750 will be charged directly to the Renter. Insurance coverage, if applicable, is subject to MPI approval and compliance with this Agreement. Failure to comply may void insurance coverage, making the Renter fully responsible for all costs. The Renter agrees not to misuse, abuse, overload, illegally operate, or allow unauthorized persons to use the equipment. The Renter assumes all risks associated with possession, transport, and use of the equipment and agrees to release and hold harmless the Rental Company from all claims, damages, injuries, or losses. By reserving, booking, paying for, or taking possession of the equipment, the Renter confirms they have read, understand, and agree to these terms. This Agreement is legally binding without a physical signature, including when accepted electronically through the Rental Company’s website or booking platform (including Wix).
